Iann is a pastor, author, and speaker with more than 40 years of ministry experience and a master’s degree in Church Leadership. His background includes ten years as a lead pastor in Oceanside, California, and seven years on the executive pastoral leadership team at Visalia First.
The author of more than 70 books, Iann connects biblical understanding with practical Christian living. Master’s Apprentice brings that approach into a structured pathway from foundations to leadership and mentorship.

We recommend One, then Plus, then Max because the learning builds from one course to the next. Completing the previous course is recommended, but it is not required. Choose the starting point that fits your experience and learning goals.
Each course is purchased separately. Your checkout will identify whether you are enrolling in Master’s Apprentice One, Plus, or Max. The names describe stages in the recommended pathway.
Yes. Each course has a 40-week study plan across ten volumes, with four weeks in each volume. Follow the structure at a pace that fits your schedule.
Each Master’s Apprentice course you purchase includes lifetime access to its course materials. One, Plus, and Max are purchased separately. Questions and classmate interaction in the community are offered during the 40-week course period.
There is a 14-day refund policy. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Yes. Download the Skool app on your mobile device and sign in to the account you use for your course community. After your classroom access is manually unlocked, you can access your training through the app. For offline listening, download the included monthly audiobooks while you have an internet connection.
The written sessions have AI voice narrations for convenient listening. Each month’s sessions also come with a downloadable AI-narrated audiobook at no extra cost. Download it while connected, then listen offline with headphones or your car’s Bluetooth audio. These narrations are distinct from recordings of Iann teaching or leading a discussion.
Each option is a fixed plan of ten monthly payments. MA One and MA Max are $600 upfront or ten monthly payments of $70 ($700 total). MA Plus is $750 upfront or ten monthly payments of $90 ($900 total). The first installment is due at checkout, followed by nine monthly payments. All prices are in USD.

Yes. A live Mastermind session with Iann Schonken takes place on the first Sunday of each month from February through November at 9:00 a.m. PST. Find the session and Zoom link in the Calendar inside your Skool group. If you cannot attend, a replay link will be provided within 24 hours for viewing at your convenience.
Your course is hosted in a private Skool group reserved for students with paid enrollment. There is no additional Skool membership charge. After payment, follow the group link on your thank-you page and request admission. Your payment is verified before group membership is approved and your purchased classroom course is unlocked. Admission and classroom access are approved manually within 24 hours after your request and verification of your successful enrollment payment. Payment does not unlock it automatically, but if you have successfully paid, it will be unlocked, guaranteed. :-)
